My parents flew into Phoenix on Friday, March 9th around 10am. I decided to take an usual way to the airport that caused me to get turned around twice and arrived at the airport 30 min late. Then we rushed to the scout store and bought all Ben's new Boy Scout items. Then we were 10 minutes late picking up Madison from school, and she wasn't too happy about that. Not a great start. But, after that it was better.
Shopping, sewed Easter skirts/dress, played with my new Silhouette cutter, painted t-shirts, pedicures, Easter baskets, cooking class, zoo, frisbee, making: cookies, granola, granola bites, and more cookies, eating out (oreganos and Paridise Bakery), and spring cleaning. It was a busy week. What didn't I do? Laundry. Now I am behind about 20 loads. Also, I think my Dad is addicted to Subway.
I didn't do any painting in the playroom this week. Scott and Ben worked on the board and batten and are just about finished. Just need to add a small shelf and the floor boards and trim to the bookshelf to give it that 'built in' look.
