first grade
fourth grade
I can't believe Madison is 13 (truthfully, I can't believe I am old enough to have a 13 year old). Madison is bright, cheerful, helpful, talented, and beautiful. This is her final year before high school- I am having a few personal issues with that, but she is loving it. Madison is very close to getting her first young women award, should be done in the next month. I believe I took 5 years to get mine and the program was much easier. But, Madison met the challenge and, unlike me, picked harder and more time consuming projects. My goal was: how can I get done the easiest way. Madison actually wants to learn new talents. Way to be! Madison plays the piano and violin, this is the last year for piano but she plans on playing the violin in high school. She is excited to try out for the cheer team again in a few months, can't wait for next year when it is a year-round program. She loves sewing, reading, crafting, cooking, her Ipod touch, and tv/movies. She looks a lot like the Edwards' side of the family, but her sometimes defiant attitude reminds me of me. Can't believe she is already 13- so many memories.
