Scott put the shelves in the pantry on Saturday. It has taken a few hours moving everything over, but it is just about done. I am happy with how it turned out. I think our kitchen is better organized this way. I wasn't going to put a door handle on right away, since it is another $30- but after Blake spent the morning opening food and playing in the closet I think I will make the door handle investment. I put the snacks all the way at the top in hopes that the kids and I won't be able to access them as much- plus I got a great canister set from my Mom and Dad for my birthday and that should hold most of our snacks. Now I just need to organize my junk cupboard so I can put my small spices next to the stove. As Scott said, we are almost done. We just have the floorboards, crown molding, one more shelf, another cupboard, door handle, paint touch-ups, and screen door left. Then we will be done with the kitchen and move on to other rooms. A never ending home improvement cycle.

I really like the "snack" canister set! Pantries are wonderful, you guys do a great job, wish we had some, money, time and motivation all at the same time!
