Gratitude

I have been meaning to write down a few of the things that I am especially grateful for but I keep forgetting. Yesterday at the temple groundbreaking Elder Costa mentioned that the members of the church in Arizona are very blessed. Then today at stake conference Bishop Burton spoke on gratitude. So, I decided I needed to take the time to write down my list of things I am thankful for. In no particular order:

My family- Scott, Madison, Ben, Megan, Blake, and #5

My extended family- Mom and Dad, brothers and sisters, grandparents, aunts/uncles/cousins, Scott's family. I have been very lucky to have the family that I do. I really believe that the family we have been given impacts much of our way of thinking and believing- so I am glad for great family members

Scott's job that he loves and pays the bills

My job that is flexible with my hours/days off. Got to love the job that lets you work 1 day a week, in a great environment, with very little dirty work.

My house, car, bed, etc...

My own bathrooms- with 5 weeks to go before the baby comes I am grateful to my own bathrooms after having used some really bad ones during this pregnancy.

Great friends- and the great friends my kids have

A church ward that I really enjoy being in

Living in Arizona with great winters and a neighbor's pool to help us deal with the hot summers

Scott- my own Handy Manny

A great dog that guards our house day and night

General conference, great church leaders, the Book of Mormon, a temple nearby, pioneers, and all other things related to being members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

I am sure there is more, but this is what quickly comes to mind when I think about how much my family has been blessed.
