Kyle's Wedding

Kyle was married on Friday, June 8th in the Columbia South Carolina temple. Megan, Blake, and I flew an overnight flight on Thursday to make it in time for the wedding. We arrived at my Mom's house around 11am and left at 3pm for the wedding. My Grandma Ensign and Uncle Matt Ensign also flew in for the wedding. Oh yes, so did Jennifer and Tiffany's families - but that was normal. It was a nice ceremony. Very short. I think the whole thing lasted 5 minutes. Just long enough to notice that Kyle was wearing white crocs for shoes! Afterward we went outside for photo's in very hot and humid conditions. Then we went to a Mexican restaurant for dinner. I sat at the proclaimed singles table: Matt, Grandma, and myself. We had a good dinner, I had taco salad. Then we went home. Scott, Madison, and Ben flew in Saturday afternoon and arrived just in time for the reception in my parents backyard. It was so nice to watch the other family set up and do the work during the reception. Thank goodness we didn't have to help since it was once again hot and humid outside with plenty of bugs. Madison caught the bouquet. Kyle's car was decorated, for which he was ungrateful. LOL. All in all a great wedding and reception.
