What a great week! Macy is now able to sit for a few minutes. So long as she isn't reaching for her toys, turning around, or has her attention otherwise diverted. She really is such a happy baby, content to play on the floor if someone is close by. She has really started to play with her toys this week also. She puts everything in her mouth, reaches for everything, and rolls everywhere. We started feeding her a little cereal at dinner. She loves it. We had started the other kids at 4 months and always had to put the food in the back of their mouths to teach how to swallow. By waiting, Macy learned after a few bites how to move the food and swallow. I wanted to wait longer, but she was wanting to eat our food and let us know by grunting that she was done waiting. This next week I will start making my own baby food. First time for everything.
