Today is Blake's first birthday. Hard to believe a year has past. I can still remember waiting in the hospital for all the antibiotic to run in my body, and then finally we were able to start his induction - almost 10 hours after getting to the hospital. I remember I had to wait forever for the anesthesia doctor since he was working with other patients. Finally after I got my epidural Dr. Guzeman broke the water. He said he needed to go home and walk his dogs, and I said be back in 30 minutes and the doctor laughed. But I know what I am talking about after 4 kids. The nurse called the doctor back 30 minutes later. Blake was born shortly after midnight the next morning. He has been a very happy baby. He loves attention, and usually gets plenty with the kids around. He waves, claps, and loves to read books. Blake can stand on his own-- when he wants to, and might start walking this year. Haha. We love you Blake.
