8 is the big year- the year of getting ear's pierced. Megan has been looking forward to this day since Madison had her ear's pierced. As we were getting ready to go she asked me if it would hurt. I told her that I could not remember, but probably not. Madison pinched Megan's arm and said that is what it would feel like. Megan was satisfied that it wouldn't be very bad. We hurried into Claire's and she picked out a cute pair of flower earrings. She was all smiles until after her first earring was in. Then she started crying. Luckily, it was just a little crying and then she had the second ear done. She didn't want her picture taken for a little bit after it was over, but once the stinging stopped she started smiling again. By the time we walked into her favorite store, Justice, she said they no longer hurt.
After the mall we went to Arby's for dinner. Megan loves their roast beef sandwiches and curly fries. Then we had ice cream cake for dessert. Her favorite present was Just Dance 2 for the Wii.
