This past week my Mom and I drove up to Superstition Ranch (Apache one) and found a 30lb box of banana's on clearance for $2.00. We bought the banana's since it was such a great deal, and most were pretty good looking. We definitely had to get these in the freezer before they went bad so my Mom spent the day cutting up the banana's and slowly freezing them in my little freezer. Toward the end of the day we decided we should just dehydrate the rest since my freezer couldn't hold any more banana's.
Not sure if I would buy that many banana's again- although a great deal, my freezer can't hold any more.
