MIA

I have been so busy the past few weeks with finishing up at school and working my 8 shifts at MIHS. Can't believe I am done with school. I still remember my first day back in the classroom-- but most of the rest of the classroom days are a blur lol. My Mom arrived Tuesday night to stay for Madison' piano recital, my graduation, and Ben's baptism. Nice to have all 3 at the same time.

It is nice to be done with a degree, I also have 2 other partial degrees that I have worked on. It is nice to show our kids that education is important, and that you can still get a degree after taking many years off. The nice part about a nursing degree is that I was not considered one of the older students. Our oldest student is about 50, and I was with the younger ones. Just shows you can change your career at any age. So one degree down- 2 more to go in my plan. But, I think I will take some time off first.

Congrats again and good luck! Being one that is job hunting and finding all my skills are too ancient, those other degrees might come in handy. I may go for pharmacy tech.
