Disney Day 3

Day 3 of our trip began our 'official' Disney World Adventure. Our first park was Hollywood Studios home to several great rides: Tower of Terror and Rockin' Roller Coaster. We got to the park about 30 minutes before it opened so we could get to those big rides quickly. We took a few pictures out front by a Christmas tree and just enjoyed being at the park. We did both of the big rides quickly then spent the rest of the day going to shows and the smaller rides. Blake was even able to go on Tower of Terror. He said that he loved the ride, but never wanted to go again. Today he asked me if I liked Tower of Terror and I said 'yes', Blake then said, 'that is a horrible ride'. Guess he was still a little young for that one. MaryEllen asked Ben if she got scared could she hold Ben's hand on the ride. Ben being the funny boy that he is said that the ride had hand bars that she could hold on to if she needed to. Guess his hands were off limits. We also got fast passes for the Toy Story Movie Ride. Good thing too, the wait was 3 hours long at one point. That was a new ride for us. It was fun to be able to play a shooting game while on the ride.

The highlight of the day for Megan was having Eeyore sign her autograph book. All the kids enjoyed eating a turkey leg for lunch. We also rode Star Tours (Ben was the 'wanted' man for that ride', saw Muppets 3D, Indiana Jones, Fantasmic (Blake said that Fantasmic only freaked him out a little bit), and then we walked through the Osborn dancing lights. That was really neat, the lights were set to music and snow was falling. It was a great day.
